Manual W2-G requests turned in at Guest Services will be forwarded to the Finance Department for processing and delivery.
All W2-G and WIN/LOSS copies will be forwarded to the guest via the address listed on the request form.
We apologize for any inconvenience, for reasons of security and confidentiality, copies of W2-Gs and Win/Loss statements are not available online.
Additionally, we cannot accept requests for win/loss statements via phone or email.
All requests received between January 1-October 31 are typically completed within 24 hours and forwarded to the guest.
All requests received between November 1 – December 31 are held and processed in the first 10 days of the following year.
Additional processing time may be required for W2-Gs if the player’s Oxford Rewards Loyalty Club® Card was not inserted at the time of the jackpot. Please allow up to two weeks for a statement that must be mailed to you. See Guest Services for details.
