  • Gambling Problem?

  • Age

    • Persons under 21 years of age may not enter the restaurants or gaming area unless licensed as employees.
    • All guests may be subject to an ID check, requiring an unexpired, government-issued photo ID for entry.  Acceptable forms of ID are passports, passport cards, NEXUS cards, a US state or US territory-issued driver’s license or ID card, or a United States military ID.  If the primary form of ID is expired, or does not have a photo, a secondary form of ID will be required in addition to the primary ID. 
    • To enter the casino and/or to verify legal age, patrons may be asked to provide two (2) forms of government issued photo ID. ALL guests under age 35 will be asked to provide a secondary form of identification.
    • Children and vulnerable adults are not to be left unaccompanied in hotel rooms and/or public areas (including the parking lots).
  • Alcohol Policy

    • Responsible gambling is our top priority.  We hope you will have a wicked good time during your visits and we encourage everyone to drink responsibly.  Anyone showing signs of intoxication will be prohibited from gambling and will be asked to leave the casino for the night. We strictly enforce this policy to ensure compliance with state laws and our commitment to responsible gambling.
    • Alcohol purchased at Oxford Casino Property must be consumed in the Casino or Restaurants and may not be taken out.

    • Outside alcohol may only be consumed in a hotel room and may not be consumed anywhere else on Oxford Casino Hotel property.  This includes hallways, lobby, smoking area, parking lot or vehicles.

  • Table Games

    • Table minimums and maximums are subject to change at any time.
    • Due to fluctuations in staffing levels, games may not open on a regular schedule.
    • If you do not see the game open that you would like to play, please ask a pit supervisor.  Depending on staff availability, we may be able to open that game

  • Pet Policy

    • As pets are not allowed in the casino or restaurants, we ask that you keep them at home, or with a caregiver.
    • Service animals are allowed in the casino, restaurants, and hotel.
    • The State of Maine defines “service animal” as a dog that is individually trained to perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.
    • Emotional Support Animals are not offered the same rights as Service Animals.

  • Oxford Rewards Loyalty Club(R) Players Card

    • Visit Guest Services to sign up for your FREE Oxford Rewards Account!
    • The Oxford Rewards card is for the sole and exclusive use by the account holder. 
    • The account holder must be present at the kiosk to enter promotions and/or make selections.  The use of an agent to enter promotions or contests may result in the disqualification and/or expulsion from property of both the card holder and the agent.
    • Each account holder must be present at kiosk to enter promotions and/or make selections.
    • Any misuse of the card, as determined by management in its sole discretion, will result in forfeiture of all accumulated points and comp vouchers, and may result in the cancellation of participation in the Oxford Rewards Loyalty Club. The use of an agent to enter promotions or contests may result in the disqualification and/or expulsion from property of both the card holder and the agent.
  • Promotional Emails and Email Offers

    • To receive promotional emails and email offers we require guests to opt in using our promotional kiosks.
        1. Once signed in at a kiosk, tap on the “Account Info” button.
        2. On the account screen, tap on the “Edit Info” button and enter your email and/or cell phone number.
        3. When you agree to receiving emails you will be included in future promotional emails and, if qualified, email offers.
    • Guests can opt out of receiving emails by any one of the methods below:
        1. Click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our emails
        2. Sign in to a promotional kiosk and remove your email address.
        3. Send an email to [email protected], requesting to be removed from our email list.
  • Gaming and Hotel Offers

    • For privacy and security reasons, we cannot discuss account information over the internet.

  • Smoking

    • Oxford Casino Hotel is smoke and vape free. 
    • A designated smoking area is located between the hotel and casino entrances on the Route 26 side of the building.
  • Bus Groups

    • At this time, we do not have any promotions specifically for bus or tour groups.
  • Live Streaming

    • Live streaming is not permitted in the casino or restaurants.
  • Promotion Results

    • Results for promotions such as Super Six Saturday, High Five Friday, and Score Four Thursday are generally posted on our Facebook page at midnight of each drawing day.
  • Adding your Email address

    Signing up is easy! 

    Once you swipe in at a Promotional Kiosk, follow the steps below:

    • Go to ACCOUNT INFO, and if you do not see your email address on this page, select EDIT INFO.
    • Hit the X at the end of the line, and use the on-screen keyboard to type in your email address.
    • Select SAVE. You will then be asked if you wish to receive emails from us, please select YES.

Hotel

  • Reservations

    • Room types requested are not guaranteed. Actual room types and room locations are subject to availability at time of check in.
    • Reservations confirmed with an invalid credit card are subject to cancellation without notification.
    • A valid credit card will be required to redeem complimentary hotel offers.
    • Rates are based on availability and can change without notice.
  • Check-in / Check-out

    • Check-in time is 4:00PM.  Early check-in may be available for a fee.
    • Check-out time is 11:00AM.  For a fee, guests may be able to secure a late check-out.
    • For all reservations, valid photo identification and a valid credit card is required at check-in. 
    • Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and check into a room.
    • All guests staying in the room must be registered at the time of check-in.
    • Only guests whose name(s) appear on the reservation will be allowed to check in.
  • Deposit

    • A valid credit card* is required at check-in for all reservations. When an authorization is requested, funds from your credit card will be held by your financial institution for up to 30 days.  If the reservation is canceled, the authorization will be released at the time of cancelation, however your financial institution may hold on to the funds for up to 30 days.

    *We do not advise using a debit card for a hotel deposit.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • For refundable reservations, cancellations must be made by 4:00PM the day prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made by phone by calling 207-539-6777.
  • Smoking

    • Oxford Casino Hotel is smoke and vape free. 
    • A designated smoking area is located between the hotel and casino entrances on the Route 26 side of the building.
    • Guest rooms deemed to have been impacted by smoking of any kind will incur a $250 cleaning fee.
  • Pet Policy

    • A limited number of dog-friendly rooms are available in the hotel.
    • There is a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per stay.
    • The dog should not be left alone in a hotel room.  If a dog is found alone, the owners will be contacted immediately and may be asked to leave the premises.
    • If a dog is reported barking or creating a disturbance in a hotel room, the owners are required to attend to the dog immediately.  If a second complaint is received, the guest and dog will be asked to leave the premises.
    • All other pets are not allowed in the hotel and we ask you to keep them at home, or with a caregiver.

  • Wedding/Event Groups & Room Blocks

    • We are not currently blocking rooms for large groups.  Individuals are welcome to book their rooms online by clicking HERE
  • Event Center

    • We’re sorry, but there are no plans to reopen the Event Center at this time.
  • Obstructed Views

    • For guests who are aficionados of HVAC systems, our obstructed view rooms offer a pristine vista of the casino roof and its Trane Voyager air handling units.
  • Hotel Gift Shop

    • Hours may vary depending on business and staffing levels
    • Available items to purchase include personal care items, and branded clothing, hats, cups, keychains, etc.
  • Accessible Rooms

    • Proud to be fully compliant to ADA standards

    • Service animals are allowed in the casino, restaurants and hotel.

  • Gift Cards

    • Gift Cards for non-gaming items (such as food, beverage, and retail items) are available for purchase at Oxford Express and the Hotel Gift Shop. Gift cards cannot be used for gaming.
    • Gift Cards can be purchased via phone with a credit card and mailed to the purchaser. Call (207) 539-6777 Monday through Friday, 7:00am to Midnight.
  • Food Allergy

    • While we offer gluten-free options, we are not a gluten-free kitchen. Cross contamination could occur. We are unable to guarantee that any item can be completely free of allergens. Patrons are encouraged to consider this information in light of their individual requirements & needs.

      Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of contracting a food-borne illness.

  • Reservations

    • Generally, reservations are not necessary or accepted, we are a first come, first serve establishment.
    • If you check in 30 minutes before you’d like to eat, we will add you to the waitlist (if we are on one).
    • We do not guarantee large parties will be sat at one table. We ask that the entire party be present before seating.
    • On Friday and Saturday evenings, you can add your name to our waitlist at OX Pub through the TapAhead® app.
  • Large Groups

    • If you have a large group, you can call 207-539-6828 for assistance.

  • Buffets

    • We’re sorry, but there are no plans to bring back buffets at this time.
  • Live Streaming

    • Live streaming is not permitted in the casino or restaurants.

Miscellaneous

  • Oversized Parking

    • Over-sized vehicle parking is located in the south corner of the upper parking lot. All parking at Oxford Casino Hotel & Event Center is FREE.
    • Vehicles that take up more than one parking spot may not be allowed on property during special events or high volume business days.  Notices about oversize parking bans will be posted to our FACEBOOK page.
  • Overnight Parking

    • RVs may park overnight for one 24-hour period.  Guests may stay in the RV, however due to safety concerns, camp chairs, grills, or other camping related equipment or activities are prohibited.
    • Vehicles that take up more than one parking spot may not be allowed on property during special events or high volume business days.  Notices about oversize parking bans will be posted to our FACEBOOK page.
  • Electric Vehicle Charging

  • Donation Requests

    • Oxford Casino prides itself on being an active member of the community.  If you are a 501c3 charity and wish to be considered for a donation please send your proposal to [email protected].  Due to age restrictions we are unable to sponsor any events that cater to or benefit children’s charities.
  • Wheel Chairs

    • A limited number of wheelchairs are available at Security.
    • The guest’s ID will be held until the wheelchair is returned.
  • Win/Loss & W2G

  • Covid-19 Update

    We ask that if you have a fever or are not feeling well, you delay your visit until your symptoms have subsided. While you are visiting Oxford Casino, wearing a mask, although not required, is strongly recommended regardless of vaccination status.

  • Shuttle

    At this time, there are no plans to provide a shuttle service.

  • Self-Serve Coat Check

    Available at the main entrance. We encourage everyone to maintain proper distancing while in that area.
