Roulette

SPIN THE WHEEL TO WIN!

This classic casino game involves a wheel with 38 numbered slots. Roulette is a game played on a wheel with numbers ranging from 1–36 plus 0 and 00. The object of Roulette is to select the number that the ball will come to rest.

PLAYING THE GAME

Depending on the action at the table, a player may be allowed to wager with value chips or may be required to purchase a unique color of non-value chips for currency.

The denomination of the non-value chip is notated by a lammer placed in a designated area near the wheel representing the color of the chip. The value of the lammer correlates to 1/20th of the number on the lammer. For example:

  • 20 denotes $1.00 chips
  • 100 denotes $5.00 chips
  • 500 denotes $25.00 chips

Once wagers are placed, the dealer will spin the ball, wave off any additional bets, and then announce the outcome after the ball lands in a position.

WAGERS

There are multiple bets that can be made across the layout. These bets are broken out as:

  • Inside Bets: a bet which is placed on an individual number(s) within the field of 38 numbers (including 0 and 00) on the wheel.

DEALING THE GAME

1. At the beginning of betting, the dealer will announce, “Place your bets,” and allow ample time for players to place their bets.

2. With approximately five revolutions left before the ball drops, the dealer will announce “No more bets,” and wave their hand across the table.

3. After the ball has settled on a number on the wheel, the dealer will place a “dolly” on the corresponding number on the table. The dealer will then proceed to clear the non-winning bets and pay the winning bets.
